Don, I knew that this Emily's performance will be another unforgettable event for everybody who came there and saw Emily and her play. I was watching your photos Don over and over again but I have problem to choose one and tell this one I like the most. All of them with Emily are just beautiful. And I see again new dress that Emily had. After a long time I decided to choose this one photo. I like how light plays with Emily's hair as if she had silver powder on them. Thanks Don for this amazing set of photos and I hope you tell us more (your experiences) from that evening. ;D Petee PS: What is Emily doing on fourth photo? I remember this Emily's face when she played Bumble Boogie.

I was just looking at one of the pictures I had taken last night and something occurred to me, Emily has grown quite a bit in the last two years, I'd say she's 3 or 4 inches taller than when I first meet her in 2008...check this out. yes yes I know children grow, but sometimes you just have to step back and notice the little things in life. don

Hi all I think you already noticed photos of Emily from Expo 2010 published on her facebook. I love that when Emily starts to play the piano she plays like a professional but when she doesn't perform she is still a kid, she dances on the stage, she plays with fans/friends, ... . ;D Petee

Emily played
Doctor Gradus ad Parnassum (Debussy) Gershwin - Prelude No. 1 Take the "A" Train (Duke Ellington) Don’t Get Around Much Anymore (Duke Ellington) Satin Doll (Duke Ellington) Girl From Ipanema (Jobim, Gilberto) Over the Rainbow
then my camera battery died and to be honest I couldn't tell you the rest of the songs she played, but if I remember right from there Emily performed her own compositions.

Do you happen to have any video from this concert? I'd love to see it! I think I saw a clip of it in Petee's video he made for Emily's 10th birthday, but I've never seen any videos with audio.

Do you happen to have any video from this concert? I'd love to see it! I think I saw a clip of it in Petee's video he made for Emily's 10th birthday, but I've never seen any videos with audio. There were a couple reasons why I never uploaded any of the video I had from Minneapolis, First of all even though Emily sounded wonderful the camera I was using was not, in fact this is the last video this camera ever took, it broke after "Over the Rainbow" and has never worked since, again the video seemed a bit grainy to me, Second Emily mother usually likes to see the video's first before I make them public. I did upload what I had and it is unlisted so it's not available to the public, So enjoy what is there. Don

When Emily was in Minneapolis she posed in front of the wall of Schmitt music she's not the only famous musician to pose in front of the wall, can anyone tell me who this is. Don

If you play the notes the wall sounds like this
Ravel - Gaspard de la nuit
A hint for the others about the famous... he is a Minneapolis kid and had different names or unspeakable through his carreer-)))
