Hi, There is one article on this page. Who can go there and buy that signed CD for me? ;D ;D ;D Feb. 18 Chocoholic Frolic to benefit The ArcFrom
Want to be part of “Rockford’s Sweetest Night of the Year” and support a local nonprofit agency for people with developmental disabilities? You can do both—chocolate and charity—by attending the third annual Chocoholic Frolic benefiting The Arc of Winnebago, Boone & Ogle Counties.
The event will be at the Clock Tower Resort Thursday, Feb. 18, and will feature an all-you-can-eat chocolate extravaganza from 32 dessert providers, silent auction, 50/50 raffle, People’s Choice Awards and much more.
The evening begins with a wine-and-cheese social hour at 5:30 p.m. with doors to the chocolate festivities opening at 6:30 p.m. A silent auction will have dozens of items, including beautiful custom jewelry, a Spa Day, Dooney & Bourke Purse, one-of-a-kind art items, Emily Bear autographed CD, Wine Tasting party for you and friends, chocolate-themed gift baskets, Lottery Ticket Tree, and MUCH more.
Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Discounts for multiple tickets include the “Sweet Deal”—buy five, get one free for $125; and “Baker’s Dozen”—buy 10, get three free for $250.
Purchase tickets by calling (815) 965-3455, by visiting The Arc’s office at 1222 E. State St., or The Arc’s Web site at arcwbo.org, or at any Logli location (discounted tickets not available at Logli).
The evening will satisfy any sweet tooth with unique chocolate creations like Chocolate-Dipped Double Dutch Cocoa Cheesecake, Chocolate Chile, Fondue, Seven-Layer Chocolate Cake, Chocolate-Covered Bugs, Chocolate High Balls, Mini Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Chocolate Caramel Nut Crunch, Chocolate Strawberry Parfait, Ruby Red Cake and dozens more.
New for this year’s event, “Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is” People’s Choice Awards. The top three stations that get the most votes in dollars will be awarded plaques. Be sure to let your favorites know how you feel.
Since 1966, The Arc has served this community, providing support and advocacy to people with developmental disabilities and their families. Whether it’s helping parents to raise their child with autism or cerebral palsy at home, or helping an adult with mental retardation live safely, close to family, friends and work; the Arc staff is there.

Hi, I think most of you know me that when I find something about Emily what I like I immediately post it here. I hope that some of you will like it too. Now I want to post here just one sentence of somebody who created this page. The sentence is as follows: ".... A Little angel called Emily Bear shows how we can live a life with smile, simplicity and elegance and produce excellence!"
Sorry, but I like this statement. However, every time I see Emily play or just on photo or I just remember her somewhere I have smile on my face and this is really fabulous. To have a gift to compose songs and play piano is incredible but to enjoy every moment of life with smile and spread it among people is in my opinion one another great gift. And I can try to describe Emily's personality by means of any words but never express how unreally extraordinary Emily is. Petee

Hi, during checking Internet for news about Emily I came across one page where somebody wrote song for Emily yes (our) Emily . It is nice and she/he is awaiting suggestions and comments: tunesmith.net/forums/showthread.php?p=227757As I wrote it is nice but after I have read it I realized that I don't like that song (words). I think she/he doesn't know Emily and her family at all. I could send only one comment - to completely rewrite that song. Sorry, maybe I am wrong but it is my opinion. I would comment that post there but I was lazy to register to that forum only because of that. Petee

Hi all, I already mentioned on this forum quite long ago about playing Emily's music by guitar but I never realized that. However, this man did it. Read here (unfortunately in German): gitarrenunterricht24.com/?p=249and watch here: Petee
