Thanks Don for uploading. I also wanted to watch it live but not possible from my country. Emily looks fabulous, I love every interview with Emily. It is always funny, sometimes we get to know something new about Emily, we hear some Emily's music and what I also love are Emily's smiles from behind the piano. Just to see that in HD. I purchased new full HD TV at last so I can enjoy any HD video with Emily now. It is great. Petee

Hi, interesting: Arts briefs: Emily Bear added to Pro-Musica seasonEmily Bear added to Pro-Musica season
Emily Bear, the 11-year-old piano prodigy, has been added to El Paso Pro-Musica's 2013-2014 season.
The young pianist and composer, whose work ranges from classical to jazz and pop, will give two concerts in El Paso as part of the chamber music group's season finale.
Bear, who is managed by music legend Quincy Jones, will perform at a "special event" on April 16, possibly at El Adobe Studios, where she recorded some tracks for her new album "Diversity," released earlier this year.
She'll be joined by cellist Zuill Bailey, who is the artistic director of Pro-Musica, plus bassist Carlitos del Puerto and drummer Francisco Mela.
Bear also will headline a family concert at 7:30 p.m. April 17 at the UTEP Fox Fine Arts Recital Hall.

Hi, thanks Don for congratulation. Although, I don't do so much for forum like before but I will try my best. Thanks Andreea for wishes. I think one of my wish came true in Montreux and other I will have to wait again a bit. And thanks for chocolate piano I would eat it immediately if I could. Petee

Hi all, I would like to continue with my report from Montreux. When concert ended and it was really late more than 1:30am we were thinking how to catch Emily and greet her in person. Fortunately, it wasn't easy as the door to backstage was guarded and nobody without special permission (of course) could get there. So we decided to write short message on the paper and ask somebody at the door to send it to Emily or her mom. And we were waiting what happens with eyes pointed to that door. We almost didn't mention that after some time Emily came from opposite direction with smile on her face. She then called her mom and we were the happiest people on the Earth to see both of them. We took some photos and I of course asked Emily for photo for forum. It was taken by my mobile phone and Emily looked amazing. Then they took picture of me and Emily but by their cameras so I have to wait some time until some of them sends me that photo. Then I will post it here as well. We gave Emily some presents. As usually I gave her puzzle and expression on her face I will remember longer time. I should probably rethink another present next time. As always time was running so fast and we had to say goodbye them and slowly go to our hotels. Despite such very late time Emily still looked incredible, charged by so much energy and excitement. I got to my room almost at 2:40am and tried to fall asleep because of my breakfast at 9am. It was not easy to fall asleep because of so many happy feelings. I already slept when I realized that. I forgot to ask Emily to SIGN MY SONGBOOK I brought there!!! Petee PS: Eule I don't think Emily is looking directly at me in that photo as there was really a big crowd of people.

Hi all, after another 14 hours train journey I came back and can again adapt to normal life. Some of you already know me that I will post more words and with photos so if it is boring just skip that. I return to Sunday morning when I came to Montreux and tried to revive my memories from my short and rainy visit two years ago. I can disclose that this time all days I've spent in Montreux were sunny and hot. One of the reasons I wanted to come back here was the country. I have to admit it is beautiful - great lake and great mountains surrounding it - and you can make almost never ending walks on the cost. I think that photo Emily made and posted on facebook and mine below just prove it. And I also added one with Freddy Mercury. I am not going to describe what everything I saw but I proceed directly to the concert starting at 8pm. As I already mentioned here recording is prohibited and guards/staff at the entry checked even my bag but I expected that. So other staff helped me to find my seat and I took it (nervous and happy all together). What was my surprise when I heard from my back my name and if it is really me. It was one lady who is not a member of this forum but reads it quite regularly and is also very big fan of Emily. Moreover, she knew my entire name and even she recognized me based my photo. We discussed then about Emily and other things. She was very very nice. However, back to concert. Emily performed in second part of the concert leaded by Quincy Jones and we were so impatient for Emily's performance. When she finally appeared my fingers were shaking to even make some photo. Emily was introduced by Quincy. And then she started to play piano and we all could not unstick our eyes from her. She played amazing medley of four songs from Diversity CD: - Q - Salsa Americana - Blue note - Alika When Emily finished to play the medley Quincy invited other two ladies Nikki Yanofsky and Siedah Garrett for the song "Miss Celie's Blues (Sister)" from The Color Purple movie. After this song Quincy introduced another performer and all girls left the stage and we were waiting if Emily will perform another song yet. As I said there were a lot of performers so it was quite limited time for one performer. Emily came on the stage at the end with all other performers as always full of energy what you could also see in video eulenspiegel posted while ago and can be seen a bit on my photo. Concert was quite very long and was over at 1:45am. (to be continued) Petee

Petee I hope you will make some nice videos-))) Perhaps they will give you an extra nice seat as Don in LA as they used one of your Montreux 2011 video for promotion. Perhaps you should ask Andrea or Emily. Good luck and enjoy the concert-))) Hi, soon I am starting my 14 hours train journey to Montreux. Eulenspiegel, I don't expect much about recording because if nothing changed in two years taking video is prohibited and holding camera over people heads just attracts guards attention. And I don't want to bother Emily's mom I think she has another things to do during these days. However, thanks for wishes. Petee

Hi Don and Andrea, I had also sent Emily some books so therefore I am a bit curious whether she still likes to read books or whether she has time for that in her quite busy life. And if she likes reading then whether she still likes genre of Hunger Games or she already moved to different genre. I was thinking what she does during long flights and now I know that Emily doesn't need piano to compose songs. She can do that everywhere. And during summer she is going to fly a lot so maybe she will compose some new songs during those (really) long flights. Petee

Hi, just thinking. Based on this article Emily says: "I like swimming, baking, arts & crafts, and hanging out with my friends and family"but she doesn't mention reading books so now I don't know whether she still likes that or not. Maybe once I get to know that. Petee
