Forum Guidelines:
Welcome to Emily Bear's’s Forum. To make everyone’s experience here enjoyable, we have established a few guidelines for posters to
follow, which are listed below:
1. All postings must be in the English language. This is a requirement of our forum host (Proboards). Our entire forum can be terminated by
Proboards if we allow foreign language postings on this forum, so we strictly monitor adherence to this rule.
2. This forum is viewed by children as well as adults. Profanity or discussions or photographs not appropriate for children to read or see are forbidden.
3. The purpose of this forum is to support Emily and her family. To that end, postings should be supportive and not derogatory. Emily and her parents view the forum often. Do not post anything that is not appropriate for Emily to see. Personal attacks on Emily, her family or her management will not be tolerated. Honest criticism is acceptable if it is constructive and done supportively.
4. Posted photographs shall not be more than 800 pixels wide and shall not have a file size larger than 125 kB. Signature banners, if used, shall be no wider than 800 pixels and no taller than 100 pixels and their file size shall be no larger than 40 kB for jpeg files or 70kB for animated gif files. These guidelines are to ensure that the forum has a uniform appearance and that pages do not take an excessive time to download for our visitors with slower internet connections.
5. This forum is a community of people from all parts of the world. Please respect each other’s opinions and cultural differences. For many members English is a second language and some misunderstandings can come from incorrectly used words or phrases. Before reacting to a posting, make sure you understand the intent of the posting. If you have any questions, ask the member for clarification.
6. In order for the forum to be orderly it is very important that you post in the proper topic. The majority of postings here will be about Emily and her music. If your posting is not about Emily or her music please make your posting in the “Off Topic Subjects” section of the forum.
7. Photos in the Board shall not be used by anyone other than the Forum Management Team or Emily's other Official sites. These are special photographs specifically designated for official use. Please do not use them on your web site, blogs, or post them to any other forum or in YouTube video's. If you want to share these photos with others, just provide a link to this forum rather than copy the photo. All other member photographs can only be used with the prior permission of the photographer.
8. Videos in the Board shall not be used by anyone other than the Forum Management Team or Emily's other Official sites. These are special videos specifically designated for official use. Please do not use them on your web site, blogs, or post them to any other forum or in YouTube video's. If you want to share these videos with others, just provide a link to this forum rather than copy the video. All other member videos can only be used with the prior permission of the videographer.
Thank you for your participation in this forum. We hope these guidelines help you enjoy the forum.
