Firstly I love each new Emily's photo and that one is again beautiful. And that text is also beautiful and when I saw there Slovakia written my heart again jumped in with joy. I think and I hope it is not by chance .... ;D. WOW. Petee

23 Free sounds different, mature... like a classical masterpiece. Ah, and now I know why. And the title makes sense now too Can't wait to hear the whole thing still.

Hi all, On friday I received Emily's new album and I was happy like a litlle boy and beside myself with joy. My older sister was just looking at me a bit oddly. ;D There are so beautiful compositions (Tomorrow's wishes, Always true, The way back to love, 23 free, ...) there. However, probably you will be surprised but I fell in love with song " Joie". Incredible. Thank you Emily for so beautiful music. And to complete our collection of photos from this album: happy Petee ;D

Hi Peter, Glad you got the CD, now there are 4 to listen to 5 if you count Mozart. Whats really amazing is you can hear improvement from CD to CD not in the compositions even though these are all great but in the piano playing itself Emily is just getting so good. As far as "Joie" it is a wonderful song. Emily mixed a little playfulness with a bit of classical and combined them beautifully. Now I wonder who Joie is...lol. don PS...all Emily's CD's can be bought at her web site and shipping, depending apon where you live is 2-3 weeks at most

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. Personally, I think there is an improvement in composition from CD to CD (apart from performence, which there is too). With each CD released, Emily's pieces grow more mature in the feeling and also more developed artisticly... at least that's what I'm hearing. It gets more clear if you move 2 CDs up or down. Her early compositions were all beautiful but quite more simple than the most recent ones. I, personally, love the fact that she's gone a bit more towards classical in 'Always True'. A 7-year-old composing classical music... astonishing. I can't wait to hear what she can do now that she's 8 ;D

Great to listen. And you can really watch Emily's progress. Petee Caretaker, I think there is only one possibility how to buy physical Emily's CD, i.e. Emily's website store as Don mentioned. Shipment takes really cca two weeks.

It is my lunch break, and right now I am listening to "Always True" again. Emily now is able to put so much heart into her playing, and I think we are so lucky that with this CD we get the most authentic music that can be, composed and played by a composer with excellent skills and abilities in both.
I just can't get enough of listening to these beautifully enchanting little musical stories and impressions. I still can't make any favorite.

Thank you Emily for so beautiful music. happy Petee ;D Hi all, I have to admit that I listen to this incredible CD every day and "Joie" is still my most favourite song. However, I have to highlight one another composition I didn't mention so far. It is "Ka'iulani" and it is also incredibly beautiful. I am still amazed how Emily can compose such beautiful songs in so little age. During listening to the vocal version of "Always true" one idea comes to my mind very often. I don't know why but everytime I hear voice of that man singing this song I remember Two grands from BGT2009. And when I dream more. I can imagine that Connie could sing it as well (mainly when I heard her to sing Ave Maria on her latest CD). Some of us already posted here that we would like to see to perform Connie and Emily together. So, one idea/dream what about Connie singing one song on Emily's next CD. Beautiful dream. ;D Petee

I struggle to find anything to write about Emily -- anything that comes to mind seems so lacking because Emily's talent is just so huge.
I downloaded the composition "Always True" just to sample this new CD and it was a beautiful, humbling experience. All this does is increase my awe of this beautiful young lady. I hope the full CD will arrive soon so I can listen to the whole thing.
You know something I really like about Emily beyond her enormous music talent? She is direct ... not in an impolite way but in a way that suggests confidence and a clear vision. She communicates well. Her technical skill is also improving by leaps and bounds.
There must be a number of prestigious conservatories trying to recruit Emily.
Emily is also pretty -- she's going to be in demand for appearances for a long, long time.
I was about to wish Emily the best of luck but any more "good luck" and she'll sprout wings and fly away. It is quite clear to anyone that Emily has a tremendous, and very busy, future in store for her.

I believe that when you receive new Emily's CD (Always True) you will love it. There are so beautiful songs there and I think everyone who bought it loves it. Exceptionality of Emily and her talent was the impulse to create this forum. We can find a lot of very talented child pianists on youtube or on the forum already posted here some time ago ( youngpianists.proboards.com). However, I looked a bit at such talents like Umi Garrett, Aimi Kobayashi, Alice Burla, Anna Larsen, George Li, ... and I didn't find forums (even international) dedicated to them. I think it also does mean something. Petee

Petee, What a wonderful video don Thanks Don, long since I wanted to make some video about Emily or for Emily. This idea came up to me two or three months ago but as I am still busy my progress was very slow.
